at in the heart of Milwaukee's near Southside. It
is easily accessible from all major expressways and
Milwaukee bus lines. The clinic is located in the
St. Luke's Bay View Health Care Center owned by Aurora
Healthcare.

Monday through Friday. Some half days available at Franklin location.

Driving
Directions
From the 794 Spur, exit Oklahoma Avenue and travel west. Continue less than one
mile to Clement Avenue and turn left. The clinic is on the west side of the street.
