Tips for management of Eczema

  • Multidisciplinary approach
  • Bathe daily for <5 minutes in luke warm water
  • Emollients and soaps without fragrance
  • Treat itching with adjunctive agents and not cortisone or steroids
  • Antihistamines
  • Anti-depressants
