We are excited
to announce the opening of the new Bayview
Dermatology and Cosmetic
Surgery clinic located just south of
downtown. The office is east of St. Luke’s
Hospital on the corners of Oklahoma and
Clement Avenues, just off of Highway
794 in the St. Luke’s Bay View
Health Care Center.
The clinic is dedicated to providing comprehensive
care to patients of all ages. Aside from general
and surgical dermatology, we are excited to offer
a variety of cosmetic services performed by qualified
medical personnel, including Botox for wrinkles
and eyebrow sculpting, facial augmentation, and
treatments for acne scars and hair removal. Free
consultations are available for cosmetic surgery
to discuss which procedures would be appropriate
for your patients.
Dr. Neal Bhatia attended UW Medical School and
completed residency training at the Medical College
of Wisconsin. After working for several years in
private practice in San Diego and teaching at the
University of California--San Diego, he now returns
to practice in his hometown. In addition, he obtained
valuable experience with cosmetic surgery during
his time in California. He is also an Assistant
Clinical Professor at the University of Wisconsin
as well as on the staff at St. Luke's Hospital.
The staff of Bayview Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery
is excited about the use of electronic medical records
and the potential benefits of a paperless office
that is efficient, secure, and compliant with HIPAA,
AMA, and Medicare guidelines. We feel this efficiency
model will allow us to provide better overall care.
We will soon provide the ability to check-in for
the visit on-line and with in-office workstations.
Finally,
it is important to convey that we will make every
effort to see consults and referrals as soon
as possible. It has been Dr. Bhatia’s philosophy
that if a physician calls to expedite the visit,
it is in the patient’s best interest to be
seen within 24-48 hours and we will do everything
possible to make sure this happens. In addition,
Dr. Bhatia is fluent in Spanish and we encourage
Spanish-speaking patients to visit the clinic (vale

para cuidarle major.).
